A climate change journalist talks about climate change induced despair

I needed to read this. Reading about the ways we’re destroying the planet really weighs me down. Put that together with depression and pessimism and I have a mental meltdown. However, I’m doing everything I can to try and be better to the planet and I suppose I can take some solace in that.
